These Terms cover your use of the Bushido Ent (Bushido LLC, "Bushido," "we," "us," or "our") website and your RSVPs, tickets, and attendance at our events and live shows. By using the site, RSVPing, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or attend.
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it. For example, don't try to hack, overload, or disrupt it, scrape it, submit fake or automated RSVPs, or use it for anything illegal. We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but event details can change and mistakes can happen. We may change, pause, or remove any part of the site at any time.
Our events are held at partner venues, and you must follow the venue's rules and staff instructions as well as ours. That may include ID checks, bag checks, and dress or prop rules (for example, for cosplay props). Bushido and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks these rules, puts others at risk, or appears too intoxicated, with no refund of any amount paid at the door.
Age requirements are set for each event or by the venue and are listed on the event page or flyer. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If you don't meet an event's age requirement, you won't be admitted, even with an RSVP or ticket.
We and our partners take photos and video at our events. By attending, you agree that you may appear in them and that Bushido may use them to promote our events and brand, including on our website and social media, without payment to you. If you'd prefer not to be featured in a specific photo or video, let our team know at the event or email us afterward and we'll do our best to remove it from our channels.
Bushido events are about community, fun, and respect. No harassment, discrimination, violence, threats, theft, or illegal activity. Respect cosplayers ("cosplay is not consent"), performers, vendors, staff, and the venue. Follow the rules of any tournament, contest, or trivia game you enter. We may remove anyone who doesn't follow these rules.
Events can change. We may change an event's date, time, venue, lineup, activities, or capacity, or cancel or postpone an event, including for weather, safety, or venue reasons. We'll try to let RSVP holders know using the contact information they gave us and will post updates on our website or social media. Free RSVPs have no cash value. If you can't make it, please let us know so someone else can have your spot.
Live events, crowds, music, gaming, and nightlife come with some risk of injury, loss, or damage to property. By attending, you accept those risks and are responsible for your own belongings and conduct. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bushido, its team, hosts, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the event in question. The site and our events are provided "as is."
The Bushido name, logos, the Bushi Panda character, flyers, graphics, videos, and other content on this site belong to Bushido or its licensors and are protected by law. Please don't copy, modify, sell, or use them, for example on merchandise or to promote your own event, without our written permission. You're welcome to share our official posts and flyers to help spread the word.
Our site may link to other websites and services, such as Instagram, venues, and partner sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, including for RSVPs, tickets, and check-in.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or attend events after an update means you accept the new Terms.
